Fitkneesguy (JC Fitkneesguy Pvt. Ltd.) is an online knee rehabilitation company based in Mumbai, India. We help people in India and around the world recover from ACL and meniscus injuries and surgeries, knee osteoarthritis, patellofemoral pain (chondromalacia patella) and other knee problems through personalised, live one-on-one online rehab.

Omkar, known online as "Fitkneesguy", has had ACL and meniscus surgeries on both knees. Going through rehab himself, and returning to playing football, is what led him to build Fitkneesguy: a program where people with knee problems get expert, personal guidance without having to visit a clinic.

Omkar leads the company and its coaching approach. Clinical assessment and rehab decisions are made by our physiotherapists (see below).
