Team Fitkneesguy helps people to work on their knee-related problems and get back to pain free living and getting back to doing their favourite activities. Apart from having qualified physiotherapists and strength & conditioning coaches, our founder himself is a ATG L2 coach and a strength & conditioning coach and has gone from having multiple knee surgeries in the past to being able to play sports, travel and rather do anything with his knees.

Omkar Keni
Founder & ceo
Omkar a.k.a “Fitkneesguy”, apart from having certifications in Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, Diabetic Nutrition and being one of the very few ATG Certified Coaches in India, he himself has experienced 2 ACL & Meniscus Surgeries on both his knees and still continues to play football to this day without any fear, which gives our team an advantage to help understand our clients in the best way.
Sahil Kate
Client ops manager
Sahil looks after most of the client communications in the company. One of our most disciplined and systematic people in the team, with strong work ethic, innovative thinking and collaborative spirit. Sahil holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, and demonstrates a relentless commitment to client’s recovery and team success.
Shivam Gupta
Business ops manager
Shivam looks after the day to day internal operations of the company and is responsible for overseeing and ensuring task completion of other team members. Along with that, he also holds a Bachelor’s degree is Sports & Exercise Science, started as an S&C coach with us and now he has risen up to the senior most tier of the company

He has gained the trust of the directors of the company by delivering every time and has risen up to the core team of the company working closely with the founder.
Ankit Gupta
Sales lead & s&c coach
Training our clients online throughout the country, being ACE certified Prehab & Rehab specialist and IFSI certified Fitness Trainer, Ankit has trained aged people having osteoarthritis as well as trained athletes after ACL Meniscus surgeries to get back on field. Omkar likes to call Ankit “Hasmukh” as Ankit always has a smiley cheerful face and is very friendly.
